the apartment was reasonable base for sightseeing in birmingham, thoroughly enjoyed it. we had venue with comfortable sofa bed and 2 big bedrooms. our bathroom had a shower and a hair dryer.

Great location next to public transport and shop/restaurants, and the city centre, and the room was big size. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. Having a bath was great.

Door access through underground parking was stressful.

The apartment was in a great location, close to everything we needed. We found extras like washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets, which was a nice surprise. The internet connection was a bonus. it was a great place to stay.

The standard of cleaning was very poor. There were also various maintenance issues, including a faulty TV signal, heating not working in some areas, and some broken fixtures.
